Warranty Policy ā FluxZone
Last Updated: 23-Nov-25
This Warranty Policy explains the terms under which warranty services are provided for products purchased from FluxZone. Warranty coverage varies depending on the type of product purchased, and by completing a purchase, you acknowledge the terms outlined below.
Each product sold by FluxZone clearly indicates whether it carries a manufacturer warranty, a store warranty, or no warranty at all. This information is always provided on the invoice and may also be confirmed by contacting FluxZone before placing an order.
Products covered by manufacturer warranty are serviced according to the rules and procedures established by the original manufacturer or authorized distributor. Manufacturer warranty typically covers factory defects arising from normal use and excludes damage caused by misuse, physical impact, liquid exposure, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or wear and tear. FluxZone acts as a facilitator between the customer and the authorized service center but does not influence or control the final decision regarding repair or replacement.
Some products may include a store warranty provided directly by FluxZone. Store warranty operates under similar conditions as manufacturer warranty but may vary depending on the product category. The duration and coverage of store warranty are specified on the customerās invoice.
Certain items do not include any warranty. Customers are responsible for verifying warranty availability prior to purchase.
To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact FluxZone by email, providing an explanation of the issue along with the invoice and visual evidence such as photos or videos. Depending on the product, the customer may be required to deliver or ship the item to a designated service center. Any shipping costs associated with warranty claims depend on the specific warranty provider.
The outcome of warranty claims is determined solely by the authorized service center or the applicable warranty provider. FluxZone cannot guarantee repair, replacement, or refund unless explicitly approved by the responsible party.
