These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FluxZone regarding your use of the website fluxzn.com and any purchase made through it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the website.
FluxZone offers its products exclusively to individuals who are at least eighteen years of age. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout is accurate, complete, and current, and FluxZone shall not be liable for any delays or issues arising from inaccurate information.
All orders placed on FluxZone are subject to acceptance and availability. An order is considered accepted only after verification and confirmation by our team. FluxZone reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraudulent activity, or logistical limitations. Prices may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
Payment for all purchases is collected through Cash on Delivery (COD) via our delivery partner Aramex. By placing an order, you commit to completing the payment upon delivery. Failure to pay, refusal of delivery, or repeated missed deliveries may result in the cancellation of your order and potential restrictions on future purchases.
FluxZone currently provides delivery within Lebanon only. Delivery is generally completed within one to three business days, although certain areas may require additional time depending on courier schedules and road conditions. If any delay occurs for reasons such as weather conditions, traffic, inventory checks, or courier disruptions, FluxZone will contact you to provide updated information.
Returns are accepted solely under specific conditions. A product may be returned only if it is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, and only if the return request is made within three days of delivery. All returns are handled through our shipping partner, and the cost of the return is borne by the customer according to the applicable Aramex return rates. Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for return unless they are proven to be defective upon arrival.
Warranty coverage varies depending on the product. Some products include one-year or two-year manufacturer warranty, others include store warranty, and certain items carry no warranty at all. Warranty information is clearly stated on the customer’s invoice, and customers may contact FluxZone before purchasing if clarification is needed. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid exposure, misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
FluxZone makes every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications displayed on the website are accurate. However, minor differences may occur due to manufacturer updates or variations in packaging. FluxZone shall not be held liable for such variations, provided the product remains functionally consistent with the description.
FluxZone shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a product, delayed delivery, courier errors, or any unauthorized repairs or modifications. The maximum liability of FluxZone is limited to the value of the purchased item.
All content displayed on fluxzn.com, including images, text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the exclusive property of FluxZone and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written authorization.
Your use of FluxZone is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal information is collected, stored, and processed.
FluxZone may revise these Terms at any time, and such revisions become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
