This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms governing the shipment of products purchased through FluxZone. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge your acceptance of the following conditions.

FluxZone delivers orders across Lebanon exclusively through Aramex. Delivery generally requires between one and three business days from the date of order confirmation. This timeframe may vary depending on destination, courier schedules, weather conditions, or other logistical constraints. In the event that additional processing time is required, or if delays occur beyond our control, FluxZone will contact you to provide updated delivery information.

Shipping fees are determined based on Aramex’s delivery rates and may vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. These fees will be displayed during checkout or communicated to you prior to final order confirmation. By completing your order, you agree to pay the applicable shipping charges.

All purchases from FluxZone are payable via Cash on Delivery (COD). Upon delivery, you are required to provide the exact amount due as stated during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that you or an authorized representative is available to receive the shipment. If delivery fails due to unavailability, incorrect address information, or refusal to pay, additional charges may apply and the order may be cancelled at the discretion of FluxZone.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. FluxZone cannot be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect address information.

Should an order arrive damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, you must notify FluxZone within twenty-four hours of delivery, providing photographic or video evidence of the issue. FluxZone will review the claim and coordinate with the courier to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or other remedies depending on product availability.
