Return & Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy governs the process and conditions under which products purchased from FluxZone may be returned or refunded. By completing a purchase on FluxZone, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Returns are accepted only under strict conditions. A return request must be submitted within three days from the date of delivery and applies solely to products that are completely unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and protective materials. Any product that has been opened, tested, tampered with, or shows signs of use is not eligible for return unless it is proven to be defective upon arrival.

To initiate a return, you must contact our support team and provide your order information along with the reason for return. Once your request is approved, FluxZone will arrange a pickup through Aramex. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer and will be charged according to Aramex’s return shipping rates. FluxZone reserves the right to inspect the returned product prior to issuing any refund. If the product fails inspection due to use, damage, or missing items, the return request will be rejected and the product may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Refunds, once approved, may be issued either as store credit or as a cash refund in the case of COD orders, subject to internal approval. The processing time for refunds is typically between three and seven business days after the returned product passes inspection. Refunds will not include shipping fees or return shipping charges.

If a customer receives an incorrect item or the item is found to be defective on arrival, they must notify FluxZone within twenty-four hours of delivery and provide supporting photos or videos. FluxZone will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or alternative solution based on product availability.

FluxZone does not accept returns for hygiene-sensitive items such as earphones or items explicitly marked on their invoice or product page as “Non-Returnable.”
